3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access to required assets and accounts, and timely feedback necessary for the performance of services. We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed client input.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

If you have provided consent, Palm Tree Media may send SMS/text messages to your mobile number. By opting in, you agree to the following messaging program terms:

• You may receive marketing/promotional messages and/or non-marketing transactional messages, based on the separate consent you provided for each category.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier filtering, device issues, or incorrect contact information.
